We
ship in 2 different sized cartons, a small carton and a large
carton (see below).
The large carton has a 80 lb. minimum FedEx charge, the small
has a 46 lb. min.
The small shipping carton will hold up
to 20 Singles or up to 10 Economy NESTs, or small
combinations of the
above may also fit.
The Large shipping carton will hold all else and all other
combinations up to 80 pounds total weight.
Individually assembled Omni, Psi, or Swan NEST is $18.00@ thru the USPS Parcel Post mail (~1-2 weeks). The Single or Economy are $12.95 @, assembled thru the USPS Priority mail only (~2-5 days).

called the small shipping carton. This container is billed/charged at the 46 pounds rate. It does not matter what is inside, whether there are 3 singles inside or 5 singles and 1 Economy inside. It will hold up to 20 Singles, or easily the combination of 7 Singles and 7 Economys. The size of the carton is what matters, so you might as well fill it up because the shipping cost will not change. It will not hold Omnis or Swan NESTs. |

called the large shipping carton. This container is billed/charged at the 90+ pounds rate. It does not matter what is inside, whether there are 2 Omnis inside or 20 singles (maximum it will hold is (12) Omnis, (11) Swan or (40) singles). The size of the carton is what matters, so you might as well fill it up because the shipping cost will not change and you might qualify for free shipping. It will hold all N.E.S.T.s. |
